Licensed Skydivers

Licensed Skydivers - Limited slots available for Licensed Skydivers. Any groups of 4 or more should call to check availability. Access restrictions apply to APF employees & Board Members. Skydive Express is a privately owned facility.

Aircraft - A Cessna Caravan (208) is our main aircraft. It has great climb performance, a huge in flight door, reliable Pratt & Whitney turbine engine and 17 place capacity. We also have a Cessna 182. With a bigger engine & 3 bladed prop it is almost as fast as the van & gets to 14,000.

Ground Facilities - Australia's 1st purpose built skydiving centre and most professional dropzone. 140 Acre property in York alongside the Avon River featuring a licensed bar & cafe, swimming pool, sauna,  health department approved kitchen & bathroom, mains power, scheme water, Plasma TV, DVD players, kick arse stereo, coin operated washing machine, grass areas and Fooze table.

Skydiving Facilities - Soft carpeted air-conditioned packing area, undercover creeper area with good creepers, two video dubbing rooms, undercover mock-up, etc.

AAD Requirement - An approved electronic AAD is required for all skydivers (APF regulations excludes D, E & F license).  

Jump Prices - No DZ fee for weekend sports jumpers.

Jumps $44 to 14,000 or books of ten for $410.

Hire gear - Haven't got a rig? we've got Ten rigs to choose from, all with Performance Designs ZP main canopies, BOC throwaway, Cypres and matching sized reserves - all available for hire from $30 per jump or $75 per day.

Accommodation - Two 10 person bunkrooms inside our main building.

$10 per night for non-jumpers, training camps & people living at the DZ.

Hire of bedding (Sheets, Pillow & Quilt) $5 per night.

Campervan power hook up $10 per night.

Rigging Services - All reserve repacks, Cypres batteries and any parachute rigging by APF qualified packer/riggers.

Airtec Cypres agent for servicing & sales.

Other Restrictions

Licensed premises - No BYO alcohol

No Dogs, fox & rabbit baiting occurs in the vicinity.
