MARGARET HIGH ABOVE THE YARRA VALLEY

Ticking items off bucket lists was the agenda for a group of aged care residents from Mercy Place Montrose over the weekend in the Yarra Valley.

These adrenalin junkies proved that there's no age limit for getting sky high and living life to the full.

The group of five residents visited us at Lilydale airport with the help of the Mercy Health Foundation’s innovation program, which allows residents to fulfill items on their bucket list, they helped resident Tony Hopkins tick off his dream of flying a 1940s Tiger Moth aircraft.

70-year-old Margaret Cook just couldn't get enough of the action and also went skydiving for the first time as part of her own bucket list goal. Ms Cook said “I don’t know why (I wanted to do it), I just thought ‘why not’”.

There's nothing we love more here at Skydive Australia than helping people's dreams come true, check out our range of skydiving packages all over Australia, and tick skydiving off your bucket list!
